Ingredients
- 100 g almond flour (I used ground almonds)
- 100 g butter
- 180 g 85% chocolate
- 100 g erythritol
- 4 eggs
- 20 drops of vanilla
- 5 g of baking powder
- handful of chopped walnuts (optional size)
- pinch of salt (to emphasize the taste of chocolate)
Instructions
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave (1-1,5 min depending on the MW) and stir well to combine the ingredients.
In a bowl mix erythritol, eggs, vanilla, saltfor 3 minutes I do it with my hand mixer. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix well. This is followed by almond flour with baking powder and finally walnuts. Pour everything into a baking dish and distribute evenly.
You can sprinkle the top with ground almonds.
Bake for 25 minutes at 160 °C.
